This multi-spaced family home was specifically designed to make both a positive contribution to the quality of life of the occupants and to the amenity of the area. Sitting within the landscape, the design established two distinctive relationships - between the building and the streetscape, and the building and the harbour setting. The award winning design creates a choice of living areas responsive to climate, maximising on solar access and harbour views to all rooms. The building celebrates the use of natural materials giving each component its individual yet harmonious architectural character and sense of space.
