This project was designed for clients who wanted to create an art gallery and family residence in an inner city industrial warehouse. The deteriorated interior was removed and an entirely new construction inserted within the external walls. The gallery is located on the ground floor with direct public access from the street, with the upper two levels accommodating a family residence revolving around a generous central courtyard.
