The former Prince Charles Hotel and Bronte Inn formed the structural shell for the conversion of the landmark apartment development on the Bronte ridge. The design provided apartments focused around an internal courtyard with a mature Canary Island palm; mews apartments relating to the adjacent low-rise terracing, and tower apartments taking advantage of distant views. All apartments were designed to maximise cross ventilation and external sun shading was provided with adjustable louvre screens.
